Returns
At Selenite, each item undergoes a thorough inspection before dispatch to ensure its impeccable quality that is why we have a strict no-return policy on all products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Exchange
If you are not satisfied with the product, inform our customer service team right away through our telephone, email, or fan page, providing the following details:
- Your order reference number
- Reason for exchange
- Codes of the article(s) you wish to receive in exchange
Our customer service agent will confirm your eligibility for exchange and provide you with an Exchange Reference number. Please note that the exchanged item will undergo a physical inspection upon return to Selenite.
Courier the item back to us, along with the original receipt and exchange reference number within 2 days.
We advise you to package the item securely in its original packaging and use a reputable courier service. Selenite cannot be held accountable for any damage or loss during transport.
Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure its condition meets our exchange criteria. You will then be notified of the dispatch of your exchange purchase, along with any additional charges for shipping or price differences if applicable.
The item must be unused and in original condition, still in its original packaging. Our Selenite representatives will conduct a detailed inspection, and their decision regarding the item’s condition will be final.
Please note that:
- The exchange must be equivalent or higher in price. We do not issue credit notes or refunds for exchanges of lesser value.
- Each purchase may only be exchanged once.
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
